The product
Conventional work tools are passive. A person has to read the board, chase the updates, reconcile the calendars and re-prioritise. Pont inverts that: it connects to the systems a team already uses, and puts agents on top of them that act.
Pont sits on top of the tools a company already runs on. No migration, no rip-and-replace, and no second place to enter data — so the agents reason over real operational activity.
A personal agent for every employee reads the signals across those systems, surfaces what matters, anticipates blockers, drafts updates and notifies proactively — transparently, with human-in-the-loop controls.
Organisation-level agents turn that same activity into real-time analytics, capacity insight and scheduling against real availability — so planning stops being guesswork.
The company
Boolabs was started in Barcelona by two people who had already spent years working alongside distributed teams — and had changed their mind about what the real problem actually was.
Before
Working closely with distributed companies made one thing clear: the expensive, daily problem was not tracking the work. It was coordinating it. We started Boolabs in Barcelona to go after that.
2025
We built Pont as a work-management platform for distributed teams, unifying the tools a company already uses into one workspace. The first paying customer onboarded in April.
2026
As autonomous-agent capabilities matured we re-architected Pont so the software does the coordinating. More teams onboarded, and existing contracts expanded.
Technology
Pont uses frontier language models as a reasoning layer. Everything that turns that reasoning into a system a company can trust is ours — designed and built in Barcelona.

A persistent personal agent for each user that monitors, prioritises and acts on that person’s workload.
